We fulfill and ship orders from our Connecticut studio.
We use USPS Priority Mail shipping for orders up to $300. Orders above $300 will be shipped via FedEx Express and will require an adult signature for security.
We offer free shipping for orders over $150. For orders with a value less than $150, we ask that you cover the cost of USPS Priority Mail shipping which will be dynamically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order.
We currently only ship within the US, but we hope to ship internationally soon!

At High Light Rituals, we stand by the quality and care that goes into every piece. If your item arrives damaged or if something happens outside of normal wear and tear, please reach out to us right away at connect@highlightrituals.com. While we don’t cover general wear and tear, we’ll review your situation and do our best to make it right.

Returns
We're committed to making your experience extraordinary, from the moment you select your first piece to the years of enchantment that follow. In the unlikely event that your purchase does not exceed your expectations, we do issue full refunds for items returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Kindly reach out to us at connect@highlightrituals.com to request return authorization within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If your refund is approved upon inspection of the returned item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at connect@highlightrituals.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Our Founder, Donnie, is a certified Shamanic Healer on a mission to help raise our collective vibration. As one of her own rituals, she personally charges each piece with supportive energy before sending it home to you. She does this in a sacred Shamanic ceremony, where she activates the properties of the pieces (such as the energies of the crystals and metals), and taps into your energy (virtually) to infuse the piece with energy specific to your needs.
Our pieces are handmade in America and designed to be worn for generations. We embody the sacred, undeniable truth that the Earth is ours to look after, to cherish and protect. To minimize our environmental impact, our pieces are either handmade to order or crafted in small batches.

Our crystals and ritual tools are sourced from small, responsible businesses all over the world. They are then assembled in our Connecticut studio before undergoing an energy cleanse from our Founder and being shipped home to you.
Recycled gold/silver jewelry is made from gold/silver that have been previously used in other jewelry or industrial applications. They are melted down and refined to remove any impurities and then reused to make new jewelry.
Yes, all of our jewelry is made of either recycled 14K Solid Gold, Sterling Silver, or 14K Gold Fill. All of these materials are hypoallergenic, nickel-free and lead-free.
Recycled gold/silver jewelry is just as good as new gold/silver jewelry, as long as it has been properly refined and meets the same quality standards, which our recycled gold/silver does.
Recycled gold/silver jewelry is made by melting down the old gold/silver and refining it to remove any impurities. The purified gold/silver is then used to make new jewelry.
