We fulfill and ship orders from our Connecticut studio.
We use USPS Priority Mail shipping for orders up to $300. Orders above $300 will be shipped via FedEx Express and will require an adult signature for security.
We offer free shipping for orders over $100. For orders with a value less than $100, we ask that you cover the cost of USPS Priority Mail shipping which will be dynamically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order.
We currently only ship within the US, but we hope to ship internationally soon!
Jewelry Care - Protect your piece! Apply makeup, perfume and hair spray before putting on your jewelry, and do not wear your gold pieces in a swimming pool as chlorine can damage gold.
You can cleanse your jewelry by creating a solution of slightly warm water and dish soap and gently rubbing the solution over your jewelry with a baby soft toothbrush.
Keep your pieces inside our keepsake box or in a selenite crystal dish to keep them safe and charged with uplifting energy.
Spell Bracelet Care - Protect your piece! Your spell bracelet is made of pure natural silk, a strong and sleek natural fiber. Some slight stretching of the silk of your bracelet is to be expected. To maintain the integrity of the silk and stones, avoid getting cream, soap, and makeup on them. It is also best to avoid swimming or bathing in your delicate piece.
Place your bracelet into a selenite bowl or on a clear quartz cluster in order to cleanse and charge its energy. You may also place it in the sunlight or moonlight for a couple of hours. Research your crystals before placing them in sunlight as some of them will be damaged by prolonged sunlight. Save your spell instructions so that you can bless your bracelet after cleansing.
Crystals are nature’s delicate jewels and have the unique ability to absorb and retain energy. These vibrations can range from negative to positive, emanating from the people, environments, or objects that surround them. The energy they accumulate may be stagnant or simply not aligned with the energies you wish to have on your body or in your space.
To ensure your crystals can optimally support your unique practice, be sure to periodically cleanse and activate them. Cleanse your stones using smoke from sacred herbs like sage or palo santo, water, sea salt, moonlight, sunlight, or reiki. Be sure to understand the specific care requirements for each crystal, as some may be sensitive to water or sunlight and may be damaged if not handled correctly.

Returns
We're committed to making your experience extraordinary, from the moment you select your first piece to the years of enchantment that follow. In the unlikely event that your purchase does not exceed your expectations, we do issue full refunds for items returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Kindly reach out to us at connect@highlightrituals.com to request return authorization within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If your refund is approved upon inspection of the returned item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at connect@highlightrituals.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
